No pet fee....only hotel I've stayed in after traveling for 2+ months that indicated they are pet friendly and therefore do no charge an additional fee. Also had a treat and water bowl in the entry way and gave my dog a goody bad w/ a toy and treat upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and entire property, including landscaping and parking area were extremely clean! Location was walkable to the Magnolia grounds (unless you but quite a bit like I did ;)) and remodeled homes around the area have popped up in the 3 years since I last visited the area. Still quite a few humble homes and/or boarded up places, but I felt comfortable on my morning and nightly walks. Lastly, I was on the ground floor near the lobby/lounge, and pool table area, and NEVER heard the noise when it got busy and fun at night! I was NEVER woken up in the a.m. by my neighbors or the people above. Also a first since in all my years of travel and hotel stays!

So many sweet little details, including a gift bag for my dog with a toy and treats, water and treats laid out at the entrance of the hotel, and a nice little pet relief station that was really well light up at night time. The hotel was really clean and modern, I absolutely loved my stay here and I'm trying to think of an excuse to go back.

Facility was very nice, as was the staff, but I did have a leak in my room's window so the staff relocated me to a different room. The stay was very nice but the area that the hotel is located is not a great part of Waco. Honestly, even though the staff was great, I might not stay at the same location again due to the location. Otherwise, a very nice stay!
