Facility was very nice, as was the staff, but I did have a leak in my room's window so the staff relocated me to a different room. The stay was very nice but the area that the hotel is located is not a great part of Waco. Honestly, even though the staff was great, I might not stay at the same location again due to the location. Otherwise, a very nice stay!

This is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in while traveling the US. So many sweet little details, including a gift bag for my dog with a toy and treats, water and treats laid out at the entrance of the hotel, and a nice little pet relief station that was really well light up at night time. The hotel was really clean and modern, I absolutely loved my stay here and I'm trying to think of an excuse to go back.

The general manager was there when we checked in. He was friendly and informative about the property. I loved that the property is super dog friendly too. It was a 10/10 stay.

The rooms were great. It was very comfortable. Did not get breakfast. Did get some hot tea, which was good. Close to everything I needed it to be too. I enjoyed my stay there.

The location was perfect for our trip, we were visiting the Magnoila silos and it was walking distance from the hotel. As well the we had a view of the Silos from our room.

No pet fee....only hotel I've stayed in after traveling for 2+ months that indicated they are pet friendly and therefore do no charge an additional fee. Also had a treat and water bowl in the entry way and gave my dog a goody bad w/ a toy and treat upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and entire property, including landscaping and parking area were extremely clean! Location was walkable to the Magnolia grounds (unless you but quite a bit like I did ;)) and remodeled homes around the area have popped up in the 3 years since I last visited the area. Still quite a few humble homes and/or boarded up places, but I felt comfortable on my morning and nightly walks. Lastly, I was on the ground floor near the lobby/lounge, and pool table area, and NEVER heard the noise when it got busy and fun at night! I was NEVER woken up in the a.m. by my neighbors or the people above. Also a first since in all my years of travel and hotel stays!

No charge for a dog and a little toy for the dog. Walking distance to the Silo. Enough Parking space. Nice design. Friendly staff.

The room was nice. Bathroom sink is sorta small. Adequate space for two traveling. Free breakfast would make this place perfect. Location to multiple sites in Waco was great.

The hotel was clean and bright with a gas fire pit by the pool. Front desk staff so very friendly and gracious.
